Description:

The Fishers Arts & Culture Commission (FACC) seeks an artist or artist team to design and paint
a large mural located on the Fishers Police Station / Parking Garage (4 Municipal Drive Fishers,
Indiana 46038) along the Nickel Plate Trail (NPT).

The mural is intended to be representative of Fishers, should focused on public safety / police, can
incorporate the cities Smart, Vibrant and Entrepreneurial spirit, and should be aware of the FACC’s
Core Values of Inclusive, Authentic, Engaging, Collaborate, Innovative, Educational.

The mural must fit within the confines of the wall (wall dimensions / images are included). Both
painted and printed appliqué mediums will be considered. Application must be durable and
projected to withstand weather for up to five (5) years.
