Jobvite, the world’s first recruiting platform that spans the entire candidate journey from their first look to their first day with customers such as Universal Music, LinkedIn, Wayfair, and Dollar Shave Club. The Fishers office represents 9 different company business units. Jobvite has offices around the world including New York City; London, UK; and Bangalore, India. Jobvite Indiana is led by global recruiting leader, Andre Boulais.
“There’s no denying Indiana is a hotbed for tech talent. As the global head of two talent acquisition teams for ExactTarget (now the Salesforce Marketing Cloud), we utilized Jobvite to attract, engage, and hire the best professionals in tech,” remarked Boulais. “When I first joined Jobvite, one of my earliest presentations to our CEO, Dan Finnigan, centered around expanding in Indiana. Powered by the data, the company began investing in our location. As each hire exceeded expectation additional positions were added and the results have been extraordinary.”
Jobvite Indiana is based out of Launch Fishers, where the company has grown from the co-working space’s communal desks to dedicated office suites over the last few years. The momentum of Jobvite’s ability to grow locally is attributed to Central Indiana’s ready-workforce.
“We’ve benefited greatly from the Launch Fishers experience,” said Boulais. “Not only has it fostered professional growth for our coworkers, it’s provided an excellent opportunity to interact with so many progressive companies based out of one of the top coworking spaces in the United States. By locating here, we’ve been able to take advantage of the Launch Fishers summer internship program, utilizing 5 interns over the past few years which benefits our company as well as helps develop future leaders in tech. Our CEO was onsite with several global Jobvite leaders last week and he commented on the power and energy of Launch Fishers being a gamechanger.”
“Andre has shown how a single person working remotely for a global firm can use Fishers’ entrepreneurial environment to quickly establish roots of a much larger office,” said Mayor Scott Fadness. “People like Andre show that with a little entrepreneurial spirit, Fishers can compete on a global scale when it comes to resources and talent.”
