The award-winning Fishers Farmers’ Market presented by IU Health Saxony returns on Saturday, May 5, and is open every Saturday, rain or shine, through September 29 from 8 a.m. to noon in the Nickel Plate District. Voted the top Farmers’ Market in Hamilton County by The Indy A-List in 2017, this season features Market favorites, including local produce, baked goods, and prepared foods from over 60 full and part-time vendors.
The whole family will enjoy live entertainment, children’s activities, and cooking demonstrations while stocking up on fresh food from local farmers and producers. The first 100 shoppers each week will receive a complementary Fishers Farmers' Market reusable tote.
“The Fishers Farmers’ Market represents what it means to be smart, vibrant, and entrepreneurial in Fishers,” said Mayor Scott Fadness. “We’re proud to work with Indiana vendors and local entrepreneurs who truly make Saturday mornings in Fishers a vibrant and welcoming experience for residents and visitors.”
May and June Markets will take place in the Municipal Complex on the east side of City Hall as construction is completed at the new NPD AMP. Parking is available in The Flats at Switch and The Depot garages to the east and west of City Hall.
