Fishers, Ind. (March 20, 2018) -- The City of Fishers today announced the growth plans of three startup firms, VendorJump, Ultimate Automation, and Sales Tuners, all led by entrepreneurs with roots at Launch Fishers. The announcement brings a collective 82 net new jobs and nearly $2 million in capital investment to Fishers.
“When John Wechsler and I co-founded Launch Fishers, the goal was always to create a self-sustaining entrepreneurial hub that would organically support and grow companies,” said Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness. “As we’ve started to see successes such as these today, it’s not only a testament to the ecosystem here in Fishers, but more so to the dedication of these entrepreneurs who continue to grow and prosper.”
Sales Tuners, a weekly tech-focused podcast where we talk about the behaviors, attitudes, and techniques that have led to the success of great sales leaders and high performing individual sales reps., announced its plans to add 25 net new full-time positions by 2021. The company is committing to approximately $365,800 in capital investment as part of their growth plans. Ultimate Automation, a commercial audio-visual, automation, and information technology systems provider, announced its plans to grow its operations by adding 31 net new full time positions and a capital investment of $1.03 million by 2021. As part of their growth plans, Ultimate Automation opened a storefront location in the heart of Fishers’ Nickel Plate District at The Depot in November 2017.

VendorJump, a global e-commerce retailer, announced its plans to grow operations by adding 26 net new full time positions and a capital investment of $517,000 by 2021. The company has experienced significant sales in the US, Canada, Europe, and China, with plans to continue growing globally.

Today’s announcement adds to the more than 4,100 job commitments by Fishers companies since 2015, driving the entrepreneurial growth momentum in Fishers. Recently named by the Powderkeg Tech Census as the top Indianapolis suburb to see the most growth in tech, Fishers stays dedicated to providing business owners with an ecosystem driven to be smart, vibrant, and entrepreneurial.

The IEDC offered Ultimate Automation $325,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $50,000 in training grants based on the company’s job creation plans. Sales Tuners was offered $255,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $50,000 in training grants based on their job creation plans. The IEDC offered VendorJump up to $185,000 in conditional tax credits based on the company's job creation plans and up to $65,000 in training grants. These incentives are performance-based, meaning until Hoosiers are hired, the company is not eligible to claim incentives.
