[ARCHIVED] FPD Arrest Two Men for Theft

October 23, 2017

(Fishers, Indiana) – Fishers police arrest two men after investigating several reports of vehicle break-ins.

During the early morning hours on Sunday Fishers police officers responded to the area of Sun River Drive (116th Street and Allisonville Road). A resident immediately called 911 after observing two suspicious men walking in the neighborhood. The resident also reported items missing from their vehicle. Officers began searching for the two suspects.

Approximately two hours later, an officer observed two men running across Allisonville Road. The officer approached the men and they fled. The investigation revealed the men were involved in approximately ten thefts from vehicles in the Fishers area. Officers recovered several stolen items and reunited the property with the rightful owners.
