[ARCHIVED] Nationally Recognized Site Selector Locates to Fishers

FISHERS, Ind. – The City of Fishers announced today that Ginovus, a nationally recognized site selection firm, has committed to lease space in The Switch office building. The company has signed a 10 year lease and plans to move to the Nickel Plate District in July of 2016.

“I am thrilled to welcome Ginovus to our entrepreneurial city,” said Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness. “As a leader in the site selection industry, Ginovus’ commitment to Fishers is very exciting. Not only does it further show that Fishers is attracting top talent, but I look forward to collaborating with them on future projects.”

Since 2002, Ginovus has forged ahead as a highly experienced site selection consultant that brings expertise and insight to identify opportunities and implement innovative growth strategies for their clients. Ginovus has committed to leasing 4,806 square foot of office space at The Switch. Currently located on the north side of Indianapolis, the company will relocate 10 jobs to Fishers by July 2016.

“The forward-thinking vision of the City of Fishers is a great fit for Ginovus. We were very fortunate to have several great communities to choose from for our new corporate home, but in the end, Fishers was the perfect location for our talented team of professionals,” said Larry Gigerich, Managing Director for Ginovus. “We are very excited about the opportunity to serve our clients in North America and the Caribbean from our new home in the Nickel Plate District!”

Ginovus joins CloudOne, Purdue University College of Pharmacy’s Center for Medication Safety Advancement and Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership in The Switch development in the Nickel Plate District. The $28 million mixed-use development includes a three-story office building, retail and apartments, and is expected to be complete the summer of 2016.
