[ARCHIVED] Fishers Mayor challenges businesses to bump, set, spike...in the mud!

Mayor Scott Fadness spends weekdays planning for the future of Fishers, leading city staff and ensuring residents have access to diverse amenities in Fishers. But on Saturday, July 11, he’s trading his suit for shorts and challenging businesses to get outside and play… in the mud that is! Mayor Fadness has issued a formal challenge to local Fishers’ businesses to get their mud volleyball on for a great, local cause.

The inaugural Mayor’s Mud Volleyball Challenge features a double elimination mud volleyball tournament that begins at 3 p.m. at Cyntheanne Park. Eight corporate teams of six, including the Mayor’s team, will compete for bragging rights, and all proceeds benefit the Fishers Parks & Recreation Foundation.

The Mayor’s Mud Volleyball Challenge will feature:
• Sun King Brewery on-site,
• Hot Box Pizza for sale by the slice,
• Music provided by a DJ,
• And winners receive a trophy and t-shirts designed by Vardagen.
