[ARCHIVED] Fishers Police Investigate Armed Robbery at Local Kroger Pharmacy

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

March 3, 2015

Fishers, (Indiana) – Last night Fishers police officers investigated an armed robbery at a local pharmacy.

Shortly after 8:30pm Fishers police officers were dispatched to an armed robbery at the Kroger Pharmacy located at 9799 E. 116th Street (116th Street and Cumberland Road). Upon their arrival officers met with two employees. They reported a male approached the drop-off counter and presented a note. The note indicated the suspect had a gun and demanded various narcotics. The employee complied with the demand and the suspect fled the store. Neither of the employees was injured during this robbery.

Police officers set a perimeter and searched the area with a Police K-9. At this time the suspect remains at large. Investigators believe it is possible someone may have seen the suspect exit the store and get into a vehicle.

White male
Approximately 5’8” tall
Blond hair and Blue eyes
Wearing a dark colored hat and a blue surgical mask
