Mayor Fadness joined area Mayors to Announce Regional Open Data Initiative
On Monday, Mayor Fadness joined Indianapolis Mayor Ballard, Greenwood Mayor Mark Myers Zionsville Mayor Jeff Papa and Herron School of Art & Design Dean Valerie Eickmeier to announce a joint regional open data initiative. Together, they will purse open data policies and share best practices. This marks the first time multiple cities have come together to pursue regional open data.
City Council Approved IKEA Agreement

Mental Health Task Force released Report to Community
On Tuesday, City leaders and community stakeholders from Community Health Network and Hamilton Southeastern Schools announced the Mental Health Task Force's Report to the Community. The report comes after months of exploratory meetings and details recommendations and measurable goals to for the community moving forward. Learn more and read the full report at

AT&T Launch Fishers = Fiber Ready
On Thursday, AT&T Indiana announced that the new Launch Fishers Facility is fiber ready. It is just the second site in Indiana to receive this certification and the first coworking space.
City of Fishers Upgraded to AA-Plus Credit Rating
Standard and Poor’s Ratings Services raised its rating on Fishers’ general obligation debt one notch to AA-plus from AA. "The upgrade reflects our opinion of the city's maintenance of its very strong reserves and liquidity," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Andrew Truckenmiller.
