Last night, residents filled Conner Prairie’s Woodland Hall to meet with Mayor Fadness and city leaders for Fishers first Mayor’s Night Out.

The open-house style event was designed to provide an opportunity for residents to connect with the Mayor and City officials to share ideas, provide feedback on city services and ask questions about the vision and future of Fishers.

During a brief, informal presentation Mayor Fadness shared his vision for a smart, entrepreneurial, vibrant Fishers. He also discussed many of the upcoming initiatives aimed at bring all aspects of our city into alignment with that vision, including the development of a long-term comprehensive plan,  infrastructure improvements  throughout the city, additional programming for the community at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater and more.

Following the presentation, Mayor Fadness opened the presentation up to a question and answer session. Residents asked a variety of questions to both Mayor Fadness and city department heads.

Mayor’s Night Out will be held quarterly in various locations around the city.
