I heard the NPD AMP is undergoing renovations. When will the AMP open?
The NDP AMP will be open for the first show on July 13. The NPD AMP opens for concerts on July 13. Final touches are being made on the south area of the project and will open soon, so please excuse the construction! NPD AMP entrances are located on the north side of the Fire and Police Departments.
Where can I park for summer concerts and events?
Parking is available for all concerts in the Flats at Switch and The Depot parking garages located to the east and west of City Hall. See the parking map for more information.

Coolers and outside food and drinks are welcome during Tuesday Night Concerts, AMP After Dark Concerts (excluding Spark!Fishers show), Wednesday Concerts on the Central Green. Alcohol is permitted at these shows (no glass bottles please). If a show is ticketed, tickets will detail cooler permissions for that concert.
Are pets allowed at summer concerts?
Pets are welcome on a leash; however, we ask that guests clean up after their pets. The AMP does not permit animals that are not leashed, even if they are being held or restrained by their owner.
Where can I learn about last minute cancellations due to inclement weather?
Sometimes bad weather arrives resulting in a show cancellation. When cancellations are made, that information is shared via social media on the Nickel Plate District AMP Facebook page and on the Fishers Parks & Recreation Twitter account.
Is there food available on site during events?
Given the diverse nature of events at the AMP, there may or may not be food available. We work with local food trucks in an effort to have at least one truck present during concerts.
Is smoking allowed?
The NPD AMP or Central Green does not permit chewing tobacco, vaping, or smoking.
What if my child gets lost during the event?
Volunteers working the event will take lost children to the Fishers Parks & Recreation tent or backstage with the venue coordinator. An announcement will be made from the stage letting the parents know where they can reunite with their child.
What are the hours for the AMP?
The AMP is an outdoor venue, thus does not have set hours where City staff are onsite. During City events, staff will be on site and available to assist concert-goers.
How early can I arrive to the show?
We typically suggest no earlier than a couple hours before the event. Guests arriving early are encouraged to plan ahead for dinner or bring a few toys for children to play with. Typically, the Fishers Parks & Recreation staff are set up with pre-show activities an hour before the concert is set to begin.
What happens if inclement weather arrives during the show?
If inclement weather should arise during a concert, an announcement will be made from the stage followed by evacuation of the facility.
