COVID-19 Update
Effective March 12, 2021, in person payments for tickets will be accepted at the City Services Building. The court will also being in person hearings on March 12.
Court hearings for March 5 will be conducted by Zoom video conference. If you wish to have a court hearing on March 5, you must contact the court by email two days before your hearing. You will be contacted by court staff to schedule your remote video appearance.
Fishers City Court constitutes the judicial branch of city government and is a court of limited jurisdiction, handling city ordinance violations, parking violations, and infraction violations.
Court Payments
No payment will be accepted until seven days have passed since the ticket was written to ensure the court has processed the case. The court and court office are closed on all city holidays.
Traffic Offenses
To admit to your charge(s), please sign your copy of the ticket and submit to the court with your payment by mail, in person, or pay your ticket online. A Deferral Program is available for some cases. Find case information.
Payment Options
You may make your payment in person via cash, cashier’s check, or money order at the City Services Building. Credit card payments are not accepted at the window. The court must receive your payment before your court date.
Personal checks are not be accepted. Cashier checks and money orders should be made payable to Fishers City Clerk.
You may deny the allegation and the case will be set for trial.
