City Court

Effective immediately, due to the ongoing public health emergency, the Fishers City Court will not be conducting hearings in person. All hearings will be conducted remotely by Zoom videoconference. In addition, the ticket window at the Fishers City Services Building will be closed to the public.

You may still pay your ticket online if your violation does not require you to appear in Court, or you may mail payment in the form of cashier’s check or money order. Personal checks are not accepted.

If you wish to appear in Court, or are required to appear in Court, you must contact the Court at Court@fishers.in.us or at 317-595-3130.

The Court staff will schedule a Zoom video conference for your hearing. Failure to appear in Court will result in a suspension of your driving privileges.

Traffic Offenses

To admit to your charge(s), please sign your copy of the ticket and submit to the court with your payment by mail, in person, or pay your ticket online. A Deferral Program is available for some cases. Find case information.
