City Recycling Day

Saturday, April 6, 2024 | 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. | Billericay Park | Free for residents

The City of Fishers hosts free City Recycling Days in the spring and fall, where residents can recycle electronics, household items, and household hazardous wastes. On-site paper recycling and off-site confidential document shredding are also available. Document shredding is completed off-site by Share’s Inc., a certified confidential document shredding company.

Wood, mattresses, foam containers, foam peanuts, glass, grease, plastic, and general trash are not accepted. Unaccepted items must be taken back by residents. This event is exclusive to Fishers residents; materials from businesses are not accepted.

*Please note that there are limits for flammable liquids and pesticides/herbicides (up to 100 pounds/ liquid-equivalent is free, with a charge of $1.00 for each additional pound/liquid equivalent. 

Christmas Tree Recycling

Residents can drop off bare, live Christmas trees for free from December 26 through February 1 for recycling. Please ensure that all lights, decorations, and tinsel are removed, and do not place the tree inside a plastic bag. Drop off trees at:
