Safety Day

child at safety dayAs one of the fastest-growing communities in Hamilton County, Fishers is constantly seeking to engage with residents in diverse, meaningful ways. Safety Day, presented by Fishers Fire & Emergency Services seeks to do both.

The free event takes place on Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in front of the Fire Department Headquarters located at 2 Municipal Drive Fishers, IN 46038. Safety Day welcomes families of all ages for live entertainment and demonstrations, delicious food, and opportunities to connect with local organizations. Please bring your own bike and helmet!

Safety Day is a multitude of safety partners that will be present during the event, including:

  • Talk to a Firefighter and Police Officer
  • Military on site
  • Blood Drive with Versiti (more information below)
  • Fishers Police Department
  • Performances by HIJH and FCJH Choirs as well as FJH Orchestra

Safety Day is one way that Fishers Fire & Emergency Services is working to educate the public and provide opportunities to improve overall health and wellness in Fishers.
