Online Case Reporting
Welcome to the Fishers Police Department Online Reporting System. This system is monitored Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. If this is a non-emergency item that needs to be addressed during non-office hours, please call (317) 773-1282. If this is an Emergency please call 911. To use this system, please confirm that the following is true for your report:
- This is not an Emergency?
- This incident occurred within the Fishers town limits?
- There are No Known suspects?
If you answered yes to all of the above questions, you are ready to file your report online.
You may file an online case report for the following:

Lost Property (other than a lost license plate, for this you must speak with an officer)

Damage to Property (examples: rock flew up and broke your windshield or grocery cart struck your car in a parking lot)

Vandalism (damage total less than $2500)

Theft from a vehicle (value of property stolen plus damage to vehicle less than $2500)

Identity Theft (example: someone has used your name,SSN,DOB to get a credit card)
Upon completion of this process you will:
- See the words: "Your report has been submitted", showing that your report is complete.
- Be given a tracking number that can be referenced until your permanent case number is provided.
Within two business days of submitting your report, you will receive by email a copy of your finalized report and permanent case number.
Please Note:
- All cases filed online will be reviewed.
- Upon review, if further investigation of your case is needed, you may be contacted.
- Making a false crime report is misdemeanor under IC 35-44-2-2 .
