BUILDING RENTAL
There are currently three buildings available for rent, described below.
Roy G. Holland Memorial Park Building, 1 Park Drive, Fishers IN 46038
Maximum Capacity: 76 people.
Size: 1,148 sq. ft. with a 200 sq. ft. kitchenette.
Amenities: restrooms, heating and air conditioning, and enough tables and chairs to accommodate 76 people. Attached 1085 sq. ft. shelter with 6 picnic tables is available for an additional fee.
Rental Fees -
Residents: $105 (non-refundable) for 4 hours PLUS $150 refundable damage deposit. $30 for each additional hour.
Non Residents: $160 (non-refundable) for 4 hours PLUS $150 refundable damage deposit. $45 for each additional hour.
  Cumberland Park Building, 10580 Cumberland Road, Fishers IN 46037
Maximum capacity: 54 people
Size: 870 sq. ft. with attached 960 sq. ft. shelter
Amenities: restrooms, kitchen sink, countertop space, heating and air conditioning, hardwood floors, enough tables and chairs to accommodate up to 54 people and attached 960 sq. ft. shelter with 6 picnic tables.
Please be aware: Cumberland Park is situated in a flood plain and the park may be closed when flooding is present. If you have questions about the status of the park, please contact the office at (317) 595-3150 during regular office hours. If the facility is closed during your rental time, you will receive a full refund of the rental price.
Rental Fees -
Residents: $75 (non-refundable) for 4 hours PLUS $100 refundable damage deposit. $20 for each additional hour.
Non Residents: $115 (non-refundable) for 4 hours PLUS $100 refundable damage deposit. $40 for each additional hour.

Billericay Park Building, 12690 Promise Road, Fishers IN 46038
Maximum capacity: 112 people
Size: 1,728 sq. ft with 420 sq. ft. kitchenette
Amenities: restrooms, heating and air conditioning, warming/catering kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and enough tables and chairs to accommodate 112 people. Attached 912 sq. ft. shelter with 8 picnic tables is available for an additional fee (this will allow for an additional 32 people). The building shelter is not available for rent from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Rental Fees -
Residents: $155 (non-refundable) for 4 hours PLUS $200 refundable damage deposit. $40 for each additional hour.
Non Residents: $235 (non-refundable) for 4 hours PLUS $200 refundable damage deposit. $60 for each additional hour.
Availability
All rentals are reserved on a first come first served basis. Buildings are available to rent all year round from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. You may reserve a building up to 6 months in advance. A building key must be picked up the day of the rental or the business day before your Saturday, Sunday, or holiday rental. Reservation times include set-up and clean-up.
Building Rental Procedure
All rentals reservations must be made in person at the Fishers Parks & Recreation offices at 11565 Brooks School Road, Fishers 46037. Office hours are 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Full payment must be received before any facilities can be reserved. We encourage you to confirm availability and to ensure someone will be in the office prior to your visit by calling (317) 595-3150. We will not hold dates without full payment. Payment must be in the form of two checks, one for the rental fee, and one for the deposit. Make all checks payable to: Town of Fishers.
Prospective Building Rental Key Check-out procedure:
Prospective renters may check out a key from the Parks and Recreation office for one hour during business hours. The latest a key may be checked out is 2:45 p.m. to allow time for the key to be returned before the end of the business day.
Key pick-up procedures for renters:
We remind renters to pick up their key the day of the rental if the rental is during the week, or the last business day if the rental falls on a weekend. Renters must pick up their key by the end of the business day before their rental - the building(s) cannot be accessed otherwise. If the renter's key is not picked up during office business hours (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, except holidays), no admission to buildings will be granted.
Key drop-off procedures for renters:
The key must be dropped off at our office or in the drop-box outside the office by 1:00 p.m. the following business day.
SHELTER RENTAL

Maximum capacity: 6 picnic tables
Amenities: restrooms, grills, electricity, playgrounds, baseball fields

Availability
All rentals are reserved on a first come first served basis. Shelters are available to rent April through October. You must choose a time slot EITHER 11:00am to 3:00pm OR 4:00pm to 8:00pm OR you may choose to rent both time slots. You may reserve a shelter up to 6 months in advance.

Residents: $50 (non-refundable) for one 4 hour time slot PLUS $100 refundable damage deposit.
Non Residents: $75 (non-refundable) for one 4 hour time slot PLUS $100 refundable damage deposit.

Building/Shelter Rental Rules and Regulations

All attendees must park in main parking lot.

No pets allowed in building.
-
No loud music or unsafe activities.

Utilize reserved area only. The rest of the park facilities remain open to the public.

Stay off athletic fields if leagues are using them.

One 2' x 2' directional sign may be placed near the main parking lot to direct attendees.

Do not rope off the reserved area. Explain to park visitors and request their cooperation.

The Fishers Parks & Recreation Department must approve all items brought into the park.

Cooperate with other park users and please clean up after yourselves. After rental is complete, remove all trash and place in dumpster.

Bounce houses permitted, however liability insurance and pre-approved special event request is required. Requests must be submitted at least five business days prior to rental.

Do not hang anything from the ceilings, beams, or on the wall.

Smoking in the building, shelter, or park is prohibited.

Building tables and chairs must be left indoors.

Absolutely no drugs or alcohol allowed.
