Fishers City Court constitutes the judicial branch of city government and is a court of limited jurisdiction, handling city ordinance violations, parking violations, and infraction violations.

Court Payments

No payment will be accepted until seven days have passed since the ticket was written to ensure the court has processed the case. The court and court office are closed on all city holidays


To those charged with a traffic offense: To admit to your charge(s), please sign your copy of the ticket and submit to the court with your payment by mail, in person, or online.

Your case information is available online.

A Deferral Program is available for some cases.

Payment Options
You may make your payment in person via cash, cashier's check, or money order. Credit card payments are not accepted at the window. Computers are available at the city court office to process credit card payments. No payment will be accepted until seven days have passed since the ticket was written to ensure the court has processed the case. The court must receive your payment before your court date.

Personal checks will not be accepted. Cashier checks and money orders should be made payable to: Fishers City Clerk

You may deny the allegation and the case will be set for trial.
