Fishers Town Court constitutes the judicial branch of town government and is a court of limited jurisdiction, handling town ordinance violations, parking violations, and infraction violations.

Court Payments

No payment will be accepted until seven days have passed since the ticket was written to ensure the court has processed the case. The court and court office are closed on all town holidays


To those charged with a traffic offense: To admit to your charge(s), please sign your copy of the ticket and submit to the court with your payment by mail, in person, or online.

Your case information is available online.

A Deferral Program is available for some cases.

NOTICE: If you received your ticket after December 8, 2014, please read the following information:

  1. You will NOT be able to pay the ticket online before January 2, 2015. 
  2. If you wish to pay the ticket before January 2, 2015, you will have to pay the ticket in person at the Court office at 3 Municipal Dr., Fishers IN 46038
  3. You must bring a copy of the ticket with you when making payment. Only cash or money orders will be accepted if you chose to pay in person.
  4. You may make payment online by credit card after January 2, 2015. 

We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is necessary to facilitate the change of the Fishers Town Court to the Fishers City Court.
 


Payment Options
You may make your payment in person via cash, cashier's check, or money order. Credit card payments are not accepted at the window. Computers are available at the town court office to process credit card payments. No payment will be accepted until seven days have passed since the ticket was written to ensure the court has processed the case. The court must receive your payment before your court date.

Personal checks will not be accepted. Cashier checks and money orders should be made payable to: Fishers Town Court.

You may deny the allegation and the case will be set for trial.
