Health Insurance Programs:

Traditional Plan including Health, Dental and Vision
  • Deductible: $250 per individual, $500 per family (not more than $250 per individual family member per year)
  • Coinsurance: 80%
  • Biweekly payroll deduction: $29.05 for employee only, $94.76 for employee + child(ren), $104.42 for employee + spouse, $173.31 for family

Consumer Driven Health Plan including Health, Dental and Vision
  • Deductible: $1,500 per individual (applies to single coverage only), $3,000 per family
  • Coinsurance: 100% after deductible is met
  • Bi-weekly payroll deduction: $20.57 for employee only, $71.51 for employee + child(ren), $78.83 for employee + spouse, $130.77 for family

Dental and Vision Only

  • Bi-weekly payroll deduction: $1.33 for employee only, $6.17 for employee + spouse, $6.85 for employee + child(ren), $8.32 for family

Dental
  • 100% preventative, 80% basic, 50% major up to $2,000 per year with $25 annual deductible. You may visit any dentist, there is no network.

Vision Through Vision Service Plus (VSP)
  • $10 co-pay for exam, $25 co-pay for materials

  • Election Day (National) - Tuesday, November 8

  • Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 24
  • Day after Thanksgiving - Friday, November 25
  • Christmas Eve (observed) - Friday, December 23
  • Christmas Day (observed) - Monday, December 26

Sworn personnel will receive the equivalent number of days in their paid time off (PTO) bank.

Paid Time Off
  • Full-time employees earn 1.5 shifts of PTO month.

Sick Leave
  • Employees have available to them sick time to be used for their personal illness or injury.
