Statistical Analysis of Development
The Statistical Analysis of Development is a dataset that the Department of Community Development generates every year to document the previous year’s development, permitting, planning, and redevelopment efforts. This analysis is used to help identify trends in development, such as the number of residential building permits issued year over year. The data also helps establish proper distribution of police and fire resources as Fishers continues to grow.
Year in Review
Every year, the Department of Community Development publishes a snapshot of its current planning, development, permitting, and redevelopment efforts to highlight the major events of the calendar year. The Year in Review is a product of the Statistical Analysis of Development that provides a more streamlined view of the data the Department has collected for that year.
