The Fishers Police Department operates on a 5 step pay scale. Each step represents a year of law enforcement experience. Lateral officers will be brought on at the appropriate step for their total law enforcement experience.
  • $47,317- 1 year
  • $49,021- 2 years
  • $50,787- 3 years
  • $52,614- 4 years
  • $59,485- 5 years
In addition to the previously mentioned steps, the Fishers Police Department offers additional incentive pay for Detective, Dive Team, Emergency Response Team, Evidence Technician, Field Training Officer, and Paramedic.
