The Impact Fee Review Board consists of a certified engineer, a certified public accountant and a real estate broker appointed by the City Council.

Improvement Plans
The board hears appeals from developers and builders relative to impact fees assessed to their projects for road and park facilities identified in the city zone improvement plan required as a result of the proposed project.
