Use this form to report sewer backup problems to our office. If you are having problems when the office is closed, please also report this problem immediately to Dispatch at 317-773-1282. The Fishers Public Works Department will investigate the reported sewer backup. This process can take up to one business day. The city provides service to central portions of Fishers west of Lantern Road and south of 126th Street. Hamilton Southeastern Utilities provides service to most of the remaining communities.Please contact them at 577-2300 if you live in HSE's service area. You will be able to track the progress of your request online using either your email address (if provided) or a tracking number generated by the system.
