Public Hearing Signs
Have you seen a yellow or white sign on someone's property?
The Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals requires that sign to let you know that the property is involved with a request being presented at an upcoming Public Meeting. If you chose to, you may attend that meeting and offer your concerns or support for that request.
Following is a list of signs currently on properties throughout Fishers. If you have any additional questions, please call the Department of Development at (317) 595-3120.

August 10, 2010, 6:30 pm Town Hall Auditorium
- 2-R-10 126th St. Rezone - request to send a recommendation to Town Council for a Rezone of multiple properties along 126th St. due to property acquisition for the 126th St. Improvements certain lots with homes facing 126th St. have ended up with front-yard setbacks that no longer meet UDO requirements. While these properties could be considered legal non-conforming, our legal counsel has recommended a rezone to PUD for these lots in order to reduce the required front-yard setbacks so that all properties and existing structures comply with the revised standards

11-UV-10 Petitioner is requesting a Land Use Variance from Section 2.007 Permitted Uses of the Town of Fishers Unified Development Ordinance to allow for a continued home occupation to be conducted on premises and to include a 1,200 square foot accessory structure. The subject property is located east of the intersection of 96th St. and Mollenkopf Rd., with a common address of 10640 E. 96th St. This item was carried over from the April, May. June and July meetings.
