Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)

The Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), replaces Chapters 151 and 153 of the current Town of Fishers Code of Ordinances. The UDO should be consulted for all Zoning and Subdivision standards. American Legal publishing (which is linked to the Town's Web site) has been asked to remove the replaced chapters from their site.
