Tree Matching Grant Program
The Town of Fishers accepts applications for its Plant a Tree, Grant a Tree Program, which awards funds to neighborhoods, non-profits, and homeowners within the town limits as an incentive to plant trees and enhance the beauty of the community (see application for more program details).
The next application deadline is March 12, 2012. Neighborhoods are eligible for a fifty percent match. The town has $10,000 available to award for 2012. Generally, the requests are presented to the Town Council at the first May Regular Council Meeting for review and approval. Applicants are notified afterward.
This program is new for 2012.

Neighborhood Matching Grant Program
The Town of Fishers accepts applications for its Neighborhood Matching Grant Program (NMG), which awards funds to older established neighborhoods within the town limits as an incentive to plan and complete beautification and enhancement projects (see application for more program details).
The next application deadline is March 12, 2012. Neighborhoods are eligible for a fifty percent match up to $5,000. The town has $35,000 available to award for 2012. Generally, the requests are presented to the Town Council at the first May Regular Council Meeting for review and approval. Applicants are notified afterward.
Since the inception of the program in 2000, the town has awarded over $298,000.
