Town of Fishers

The Building Maintenance Division, Administration Department, was created in 1991 with one employee to support the newly constructed Town Hall with custodial service and mechanical repairs. Over the years BMD has expanded its employees to five full-time, one yearly part-time and three seasonal part-timers. The responsibilities have also grown, as BDM serves as a support mechanism for eight Departments, 18 buildings and three outside entities.

 

Kyle Marks (marksk@fishers.in.us) serves as the Building Superintendent.  Larry Daniels (danielsl@fishers.in.us) serves as the Assistant Building Superintendent.
