 | As Deputy Town Manager, Nathan George is head of the Administration Division and reports directly to the Town Manager. He also assists the Town Manager with daily operations of the Town and acts in his absence or when asked to do so by the Town Manager. He also works closely with the other department heads in various capacities, such as policy and program development and implementation, overseeing various projects and internal processes (i.e., Performance Measurement, Council Packet Agenda and Packet, Boards and Commissions, etc.), and administers multiple programs (i.e., Neighborhood Matching Grants, Federal Grants, Special Event Permits, etc.) Before coming to Fishers in January 2006 as the Deputy Town Manager, Nathan George was the Assistant City Manager of Emporia, Virginia, and has served in other capacities in Local Government before Virginia. |
Nathan and his wife have three children and reside in Fishers.
