Impact Fee Appeals Board

Purpose

The Impact Fee Appeals Board consists of a certified engineer, a certified public accountant and a real estate broker appointed by the Town Council. The Board hears appeals from developers and builders relative to Impact Fees assessed to their projects for road and park facilities identified in the town zone improvement plan required as a result of the proposed project.

Meeting Date, Time, and Location

• Meetings are conducted as needed with a 48 hour public notice
