Purpose:

The Town of Fishers Board of Zoning Appeals is a quasi-judicial body of five citizens. Four of which are appointed by the Town Council and one appointed by the Advisory Plan Commission. The Board is charged with the responsibility of hearing appeals, requests for variances to the land use zoning regulations of the town and requests for conditional uses within the corporate limits of the Town of Fishers and all of Deleware County. The Board conducts public hearings for citizen input in order to make their decisions.

Meeting Date, Time, and Location

4th Wednesday of the month @ 6:30 p.m. EST (dates will be adjusted for government and Hamilton Southeastern School holidays)
Fishers Town Hall @ 1 Municipal Drive
