Proposed projects can be oriented toward the beautification of a subdivision entrance, including construction of flower beds, planting trees, retention pond rehabilitation, graffiti cleanup, adding/modifying entrance signs; constructing/repairing fencing or sidewalks; or other such related perimeter improvements. Reoccurring or nonpermanent items such as mulch or annuals are not eligible, as well as any other maintenance items.
Projects can also be enhancement oriented to assist in accomplishing community goals such as the establishment of a neighborhood crime watch area. All physical improvement projects must be located on the perimeter of the neighborhood and not located on any interior streets or common areas.
