The Administration Department's mission is to enhance the lives of others by providing exceptional service through effective communication and leading by example.  The Department has identified the following values as keys to effective professional management:  Progressive Vision, Quality Service, Responsibility, Teamwork, Loyalty, Leadership, and Integrity.

 

The Department is headed by the Town Manager with assistance from the Deputy Town Manager, along with support staff and consists of four divisions, Human Resources, Communications, and Economic Development.  The Town Manager is appointed by the Town Council to manage the day-to-day operations, supervise Town departments, and carry-out Town Council's policies and directives.  To see the Town's organizational chart, click here. 

 

The Town of Fishers operates under Council-Manager form of government and employs more than 360 full-time employees.  The Town of Fishers is fortunate and proud to have an extremely dedicated and professional staff.
