Fishers Town Court constitutes the judicial branch of town government and is a court of limited jurisdiction, handling town ordinance violations, parking violations and infraction violations.
The Town Court Office is located in Fishers Train Station. (11601 Municipal Dr., Suite 100)
The office is open Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 noon, and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for payment of tickets and fines.
No payment will be accepted until 7 days have passed since the ticket was written to ensure the Court has processed the case. The court and court office are closed on all town holidays
Fishers Town Court is held in the Fishers Train Station on the following schedule:

To Those Charged With A Traffic Offense: To admit to your charge(s), please sign your copy of the ticket and submit to the court with your payment by mail, in person, or on-line by clicking here.

You may make your payment in person via cash, cashier's check, or money order. Paying by credit card in person will not reduce or eliminate the handling fees. No payment will be accepted until 7 days have passed since the ticket was written to ensure the Court has processed the case. The court must RECEIVE your payment before your court date. Please note that credit card payments take 48 hours to reach the Clerk's office. Do not attempt to pay on your due (court) date!

Personal checks will not be accepted. Cashier checks and money orders should be made payable to: Fishers Town Court.
You may deny the allegation and the case will be docketed into the Fishers Town Court.
