City Court
Fishers City Court constitutes the judicial branch of city government and is a court of limited jurisdiction, handling city ordinance violations, parking violations, and infraction violations.

Please note: The Fishers City Court Office and Hearings have moved to Fishers City Hall until further notice. Office hours are Monday thru Thursday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 4 p.m., and Friday, 9 - 11:30 a.m. and 1 - 4 p.m. The Court and Court Office are closed on all City Holidays.

OVB Trials (Weeds, dogs, parking, noise, etc.) 10 a.m.
Traffic Trials   1:30 p.m.
OVB Trials* Curfew only 3 p.m.
*OVB cases do not get initial hearings.

Court Payments

No payment will be accepted until seven days have passed since the ticket was written to ensure the court has processed the case. The court and court office are closed on all city holidays.

Traffic Offenses

To admit to your charge(s), please sign your copy of the ticket and submit to the court with your payment by mail, in person, or online. Deferral Program is available for some cases.

Payment Options

You may make your payment in person via cash, cashier's check, or money order at Fishers City Hall. Credit card payments are not accepted at the window. The court must receive your payment before your court date.

Personal checks are not be accepted. Cashier checks and money orders should be made payable to Fishers City Clerk.

You may deny the allegation and the case will be set for trial.
