Fishers Police Arrest man for Theft from Circle K

            (Fishers, Indiana) – Fishers police arrest a man for stealing money from an ATM located inside a local convenience store.
            On Thursday morning officers responded to a theft in progress, at the Circle K Convenience Store, located at 9611 Allisonville Road. The store clerk reported that a masked man entered the store and walked directly to the store office. The suspect retrieved the key to the ATM which he then used to open the machine and gain access to the cash drawer. The suspect removed an undetermined amount of cash and exited the store. During the entire incident the suspect did not speak to or approach the clerk. No one was injured during this incident.
            Fishers Police Investigators spoke to witnesses and gathered evidence at the scene. With the information gathered, Investigators were able to develop a person of interest. Police located the suspect at a residence in Indianapolis. The suspect was detained without incident and transported to the Fishers Police Department. After speaking with Investigators the suspect was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
