Land Use / Development
An important part of transparent and sustainable government is the planning for land use and appropriate development. The City of Fishers, alongside the community, established its vision for the city in 2015 with its Fishers 2040 Plan. This document provides the vision for our city's growth while the Unified Development Ordinance provides the guidelines and recommendations for that growth.
